<p>I also assumed, when you said you had ran the code as a regular Java application, that you was still using change sets.</p>
<p>The more I read the more I learn.</p>

Moreover, in Guvnor logs i can see that application downloaded file with<br>
rules, cause there is a message about authentication with password and<br>

And one more interesting detail is that when i use KnowledgeBuilder instead<br>
of KnowledgeAgent, everything works fine both on server and as standalone<br>
java program.<br>
