Thanks a lot. Now I understood that the config tool commands for adding role<br>
to OU, Repo and Proj are mainly to deal with new roles.<br>

that can serve as a read-only user?<br>

If no such role, can I use config tool to create read-only user role? From<br>
the documentation, seems there is no such command.<br>
