<p dir="ltr">You can still create declarative types if you wish in 6.0.x but you'll need to create a DRL file and enter the applicable syntax.</p>

Manstis was right, I was trying to access Java class with the API for<br>
accessing declared (DRL) types.<br>
ValidationError class was created with Drools Workbench data modeller. I<br>
thought that data modeller creates declarative classes, like in Drools<br>
Guvnor.<br>
I imported ValidationError as normal Java class and and started to use as it<br>
as normal Java class and problem was solved.<br>
