I'm not convinced that the EL RI is going to have everything we want. For
one, it does not support projections. Also, the syntax is a bit quirky still
in the RI. I know we want to track the standard, but I also think that there
is still room for extension. Besides, the fact that the EL is still not a
top-level JSR bothers me.
