[seam-dev] Seam-2.2.X-nightly - Build # 104 - Still Failing!

This is not jta artifact issue, but rather sjsxp issue.

This artifact is not longer present at original location and instead of
retrieving jar file Maven gets html 301 permanent redirect message.

Hudson job should be running again (I tried fix on 2.2.x-JDK6) and I
included it in 2.2.x-CI and 2.2.x-nightly ones.

Please see JBSEAM-4482 for further information. There's a patch for
ci.settings.xml. I'm not a Maven guru, so I haven't courage to commit my
change directly to trunk.
