[seam-dev] Seam 3 Copyright Header

This is of course going to come down to the license we choose for Seam 3. If
we follow the lead of Weld, Weld extensions and Arquillian, we would choose
ASL:

I suppose we could also consider a dual-license. And it would be best to
start a new thread for that so that the subject is correct.
