[seam-dev] Branch 2.2 is frozen

We've finished testing the 14086 revision of Seam_2_2 branch.

What has been tested:
- Initial testing
- Unit tests
- Verified all the 4 fixed issues
- Functional tests on JBoss 5.1.0.GA, JBoss 6.0.0.Final / Sun JDK 5, Sun JDK 6

You can go ahead and tag the revision.
