[seam-dev] CR1 at the end of the month

Hi Shane,

what concerns Seam Validation I feel we should release a first public
version independently and then make it part of the Seam 3.1 release train.
Hibernate Validator 4.2 upon which Seam Validation is based, is still in the
works, and I also need to put some more work into SV's documentation. WDYT?
