[seam-dev] Seam config Java prototype sighted

I picked up on this project from watching Ales' talk at JUDCon.

It seems to fit well with the vision to support other metadata providers in
Seam Config. Perhaps it wouldn't be too much work to remap the logic in the
extension observers to the same mechanism that the existing XML provider
uses (some of which now lives in Solder).

Would anyone be interested in playing with this, or reaching out to the
author and getting it brought under Seam Config?
