Max Andersen commented on JBSEAM-613:
-------------------------------------

#1 If you look in the error logs you should see something like "A4J not declared/found" or similar; it can pop up under all type of browsers, but are nondeterministic; its a caching bug. has nothing to do with seam-gen, but a known bug found in ajax4jsf. Should be fixed in latest release in ajax4jsf.

#2 yes, seam-gen should not tell to generate into a eclipse workspace directory; I thought Gavin removed the text that called it an eclipse workspace directory ?

Did you have any issues with pure ant, intellij etc. ?

I can confirm the "error running builder"; I don't know why there is an external ant builder registred in eclipse, but for some reason it causes it to fail the first time.

Furthermore the project is not configured to JDK 5 meaning if you don't have that as default in your eclipse installation it will also fail (but I guess that is expected)

> 1. The seam-booking app doesn't work out of box, clicking on "Find Hotels" does not produce any result (I think the form is broken, I don't see a request on the server).
> 2. I managed to get to page two in the seam-gen instructions, to the point where the docs say "Now add this as an Eclipse Java project". I have no idea how to do that and I tried clicking on all the things in Eclipse. I'm assuming that I have to select "Create project from existing source". After I select my seam-generated project directory, I have to enter a project name. No matter what project name I pick in the wizard, Eclipse tells me that it "Cannot create project in workspace".
> I'll probably add more comments to this issue.
