The encoding of the Seam Debug Page isn't UTF-8 now, so the Seam Debug Page show garbage characters when Context have double byte characters.

I think it should be set UTF-8 to content type in SeamDebugPhaseListener.java as follows.

response.setContentType("text/html; UTF-8");
