Pete Muir closed JBSEAM-1887.
-----------------------------

    Fix Version/s: 2.0.0.CR1
       Resolution: Partially Completed
         Assignee: Pete Muir

Actually the combination of an expiring view, conversation-required and no-conversation-view-id works just fine. We can't do anything about expiring views otherwise. I've updated the docs and seam-gen with notes and to handle this exception
