It's about time to refresh the README for the seam script as it has become grossly out of date. The "eclipse workspace" should be referred to more generally as the "Java workspace." Mention of WTP should be removed since it really isn't relevant. Finally, deeper explanation should be given to each command.

I have taken a stab at this revisions in the patch included with this report. Feed free to edit further.
