Michael, I would very much appreciate you testing this - especially the updated instructions in both readmes.   Also, can you update the nbproject? Thanks!

Changes suggested by Tim above incorporated.  Currently we are working around an old version of antlr in oc4j/toplink as described in readme.  This situation could probably be improved, but OC4J is not well documented, and I don't know how to sort out classloading isolation.

Thanks to Richard Hoffman for essential assistance getting this up and running :)
