Added auto-create to seam:component with default true

Backwards Compatibility notes:

Changed seam:component

seamName to name
springName to spring-name
beanClass to class
intercept to intercept-type + removed AUTO option.
removed method scope from scope options (because it wasn't an option in components:attlist.component's scope) so I thought I would be consistent with that.

I'm considering if something useful can be done with "install" and will investigate better integration with "presidence" in the future.
