Plugins are naming containers that currently don't inherit the parent naming container. This breaks plugins in plugins, for example, blogDirectory rendering documents which have lastModifiedDocuments plugins. The lastModifiedDocuments plugins should have the client identifier "blogDirectory:lastModifiedDocuments:foo" and not "lastModifiedDocuments:foo"
