ConverterException with no FacesMessage causes NPE

Pages.convertAndValidateStringValuesInPageContext is catching Validator and Converter Exceptions, and calling facesContext.addMessage() with the facesMessage that the exception contains, but that message can be null.   Of course, that's bad practice, but if it does occur, it results in a NPE that masks the original validation failure.

I'll attach a patch to check if the facesMessage is null first.
