It's pretty trivial, but there are way too many booking examples to mess with all this on every app on older branches, especially considering that the paging behavior is so poor.  Perhaps we should migrate booking to use EntityQuery, but I'd keep that to the 2.1 branch?  In any event, I've fixed the main example for reference.
