Actually a JBoss team (JBoss Build System) also identified classpath ordering issue (but probably for other reasons) at JBBUILD-417 which leads to http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-3197 which in turn duplicates  MNG-1412 which I mentioned above.
