- Global configuration setting for the forum plugin: "send all new topics and replies to the following (mailing list) address"

- Calculate Message-ID/Reply-To/References headers correctly for new topics and replies, based on primary keys + subject, hashed

- Get Seam and Java Mail to not set these headers automatically but to accept it from a template
