All radio buttons checkboxes, input, textareas and select fields now have explicit h:outputLabels.  

When on the preferences page, the ids sometimes seem to be getting confused, especially on the feed connector and jira connector pages on the admin preferences.  

For instance, it log a few warnings, but not every time the page is displayed.  I'm not sure if its an issue with dynamic ids, facelets, or even JSF.
