Daniel, this is only for @Observer, not for @In. 

Confusingly, the defaults are different on both, @In is create=false by default, whilst @Observer is create=true by default (which IMO is correct for @In as well, but it's one backwards compatibility we need to keep until Seam 3), so you need different semantics for both.
