I think a role-user-attribute will be useful. Something like this:

property-> role-user-attribute

default value -> members

description -> This is the name of the attribute of the role that contains the list of users that are role members.

I haven't found a way to config(with now existing attributes) correctly for a case like this(the role has a role-user-attribute instead the user has a user-role-attribute)
