1) home-resource element name should be resource-home (consistent with entity-home)
2) maybe some javadoc on the JAX-RS annotated methods to describe how to override them, or make them final if they shouldn't be
3) more javadoc in general - remember javadoc makes part of the API contract...

looks good otherwise, but I will have more comments when I see it in action in an example I think :-)
