I've fixed the issues identified, and separated the transaction-related content out and put it into the Seam Transaction docs instead.  I've also done some general editing to improve the quality of the documentation for both modules.

As for the missing pieces, these will most likely not get added for this release.  We'll make a point to include these when we work on the documentation for DeltaSpike, and the docs in general need a lot of work anyway.
