Well ok. First workaround is to change seam-gen/build.xml target "init generate" as follows:

        <path id="htools.classpath">
            <fileset dir="${seam.dir}">
		<include name="lib/*.jar"/>
		<include name="lib/gen/*.jar"/>
	    </fileset>
	    <pathelement path="${driver.jar}"/>		
         </path>
        <taskdef name="hibernate" classname="org.hibernate.tool.ant.HibernateToolTask" classpathref="htools.classpath"/>
    </target>

and replace lib/gen/hibernate-tools.jar by the one from attachement. Next problem is with javaformatter taskdef.
