[security-dev] The PicketLink formerly known as 3.0

Last release for PL was 2.1.6.  We are planning on a release 2.1.7 soon 
(within 10 days).

I think 2.5 should be perfectly fine for the combined modules (idm, 
core, saml, social etc).

I am currently working on the QE plan for IDM against various DBs, LDAP 
servers. Should be operational this month hopefully. We do have the IDM 
tests. We got to set up jenkins builds against DBs and LDAP servers.
