The SHRINKRES-193 is technically the very same issue as this one, I'll link them as duplications.
Yeah, my idea was to implemented it till 3.0.0 is final (currently there is still an Alpha version), so this is the reason why there is no code done in the master branch. And no, there isn't anybody working on the issue
