it is currently not tested with Java 11 https://github.com/shrinkwrap/resolver/blob/28dbb43bfb66fabfe97d1f21dd714f78be9a74b6/.travis.yml#L2-L4

also previously, Maven 3.6+ was not working, so it was possibly blocking some dependencies to be used at the same time with a version new enough to support Java 11 https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SHRINKRES-295

I didn't encounter any specific issues as I didn't even tried, just Java 11 support will be a requirement for next Fuse version and this plugin is used by it (through Syndesis extension build system)
