Log the version of SwitchYard at INFO during startup in AS 7.  Let's load this from a file in META-INF instead of hard-coding it in our source.  The advantage with the file-based route is that you can use property substitution with resource filtering in Maven to set the version from the pom.xml.  That way, the version string will automatically get bumped when we update the artifact version in the pom.
