When using the GWT SwitchYard console, some CSS/image assets return 404 requests due to some incorrect configuration. Specifically:

* A loading_lite.gif icon is requested from images, but does not exist
* The web page requests a /switchyard/SwitchYard/SwitchYard.css which does not resolve to the necessary CSS file
* The SwitchYard.css has an explicit IMPORT line that tries to import console.css. This line is superfluous, as console.css will already have loaded
