Make it easier to add switchyard.xml files to web projects

The current method for integrating SwitchYard functionality into a web project is a bit cumbersome.

The easiest solution would be to simply have the deployer scan WEB-INF/classes/META-INF for a switchyard.xml file.  Another possibility would be to redirect the output to WEB-INF.

Might consider using CDI as guide (i.e. scanning the same folders for switchyard.xml as CDI scans for beans.xml).
