Currently we associate WSDL interfaces with syntax:

wsdlURI#wsdl.porttype(<portname>)

this should be changed to support the SCA compliant syntax of:

namespaceURI#wsdl.porttype(<portname>)

where namespaceURI would be the NS of the portname.
