Figure out why we need to add Drools dependencies to the rules-interview-agent quickstart in META-INF/deployment-structure.xml.  A dependency should already be setup on these modules inside of the rules component, which is creating the rule agent on behalf of the application.  The application will already be given a dependency of the rules component by the AS7 deployer, so the answer may be to 'export' the module dependencies from the rules component module.  Magesh has been all up inside of the module stuff with AS7, so I would suggest checking in with him for some advice on different paths to take.
