Create a validator for validating projects with the SwitchYard facet.

Validation is open ended at this point, but should include:
# verify that switchyard/@targetNamespace matches switchyard/composite/@targetNamespace.

It may be that validation will simply be incorporated into the maven plugin, which could make validation as simple as ensuring the project's pom is configured to use the switchyard plugin.
