jaxb-api and jaxb-impl are inherited from the JBoss AS7 parent pom, but properties for those versions are not inherited.  This blows up the Forge Plugin distribution as we can't set the module version for these dependencies as part of the file name.  Quick and dirty solution for now is to include the version properties in the local pom.xml.
