In the last round of feedback, it was discussed that we should handle the following more effectively in the implementation and interface wizards for the visual editor:

* WSDL URI - should enable the user to a) create a new WSDL file, b) browse to find an existing WSDL file in the workspace or c) in the file system (and import it)

* Camel Route - should enable the user to specify a) an XML route and b) a class that extends org.apache.camel.builder.RouteBuilder
