If the Project->Build Automatically setting is turned off, the SwitchYard navigator extensions don't populate in the tree. You need to do a manual build to get the SwitchYard project to build the output side of things before it will show anything in the tree.

It also sometimes seems to get "stuck" on refresh. Not sure what's up with that, but perhaps if there's a Refresh it automatically does a build to populate the tree?
