In the various parts of the visual editor when we offer a "browse" capability to look for a particular file type in the workbench, we need to do two things:

a) Constrain any choices to those files on the project classpath
b) Make the path relative to the relevant source folder

Currently the workspace browse dialogs insert project-relative paths when they shouldn't.
