Create an abstract table composite for handling lists of referenced objects (i.e. bindings, implementations, interfaces, etc.) that can be extended to call the correct wizards to add objects, enable removing a reference, and show the right composite controls when selected. This has been done in the BPMN2 editor, so we should reuse what we can if possible.
