Support wrapping and unwrapping of a message payload in SOAP gateway.  For inbound messages, this would mean stripping out the operation name wrapper.  For outbound messages, this would mean adding the operation name wrapper.  This should be configurable via the SOAP composer definition or via an endpoint configuration property.
