I've been putting this off, but can't any longer.  The JAXB stuff is great, but really needs some tweaks:

- Explicit registration of from/to types in switchyard.xml by contextPath or class
- Generate config vs. auto-register at runtime
- Allow registration by class alone without ObjectFactory
