[teiid-designer-dev] 7.4 Release work

We're going to try to wrap up 7.4 Teiid Designer work over the next coupla of weeks. 

I've branched trunk with "7.4" so all bug fixes should be applied to 7.4 and trunk. So change your workspaces ASAP. 

Got some tweaking yet to do with Nick on the build/jobs so that branch gets into the JBT 3.2.1 target bits.
