[teiid-designer-dev] Build failed in Jenkins: jbosstools-teiid-designer_trunk #993

We don't publish to the snapshot repo. Had some issues in the past w/
it refreshing/updating, so I stopped that in favour of the "build it
in your job's local ~/.m2 cache before running your build" approach.
