[teiid-designer-dev] New dependencies with changes to the server view

To accommodate the integration of the Teiid Server view with the Servers
View and Jboss 7+ (see TEIIDDES-1459), I am proposing the following
dependencies on designer plugins:

org.teiid.designer.dqp

  org.eclipse.wst.server.core;bundle-version="[1.4.0,2.0.0)",
  org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.core;bundle-version="[2.4.0,3.0.0)"
visibility:=reexport,

org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.dmr;bundle-version="[2.4.0,3.0.0)";visibility:=reexport,

org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.management.core;bundle-version="[2.4.0,3.0.0)";visibility:=reexport

Note: the jboss plugins are re-exported


org.teiid.designer.dqp.ui

  org.eclipse.wst.server.core;bundle-version="[1.4.0,2.0.0)",
  org.eclipse.wst.server.ui;bundle-version="[1.4.0,2.0.0)",
  org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.ui;bundle-version="2.4.0"

Consequently, there would need to be a feature inclusion of the following:

org.teiid.designer.runtime.feature

  <includes
         id="org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.serverAdapter.wtp.feature"
         version="0.0.0"/>
