[teiid-designer-dev] Pushed update to designer's 8.4 runtime client

Morning,

Designer's teiid runtime client 8.4 plugin has been updated to teiid 8.4.CR2.

I have tested using oracle jdbc successfully but please upgrade your servers and take it for a test
drive.

Usual git-dance required when pulling, ie. update your submodules as well ;-)
