Added the fixed names for the runtimeengine, session service and buffer service. However adding fixed name for jdbc socket configuration is not possible.

IMO, the JOPR code is looking up these components in-correctly. Its look up based on the name, it should be based on "type". That type is "teiid" and "dqp".

Then it needs to display each of the managed component under this type.
