Steve Hawkins resolved TEIID-1018.

    Resolution: Done

moved max rows and exception on max rows to engine, where it can be set for all sources.
moved database version to the base jdbcexecutionfactory.
removed xacapable (not needed since a pooled mysql connection already compensates for their autocommit handling), jdbc fetchsize (since it is already being set based upon the batch size)
changed the default for usebindvariables to true.

All execution properties are now documented in the reference.
