Connectors should be able to set how updates should be handled and at the same time provide hints as to cache lifetime.

Possible values could be: immutable, readonly, non-transactional updates, all

It looks like we'll need to keep the isXA property (or possibly rename to something else) since mysql under xa doesn't correctly report autocommit.
