Resolving as partially completed.  We are unlikely to get additional feedback in time for 7.4.1.

Open considerations are:
1. Does there need to be a system call for getting element path/type information from a document model.  This would reduce the need to pass these parameters into the relate logic.

2. Can all desired relationships be specified by equi-joins with non-composite keys?
